9:30 am Report to band room
10:30 am Buses depart
12:25 pm Check in
1:30 pm Move to Warm Up area
2:15 pm Perform
5:30 pm Awards
5:45 pm Finals draw announced
NOTE: If we do not qualify for Finals, we arrive back to Westerville at approx. 8 pm.
If we make the Top 10 Finals, we perform again and stay until Finals awards are given at 10:15 pm. Then we would leave Miamisburg approx. 10:45 pm and return to Westerville at approximately 12:30 am.
